I made the decision to create my books and interactive seminars about Complete Health Through Nutrition so that I could share the many lessons I’d learned on my own journey to improved health while making it easier for others to do the same. I address the many factors that are seldom addressed in simple “weight loss” books, including blood pressure, cholesterol, and mental / emotional health, which contribute to an overall healthy lifestyle. I will show you how to feel great and achieve complete health through nutrition.

“Nutrition” is simply the process of eating the right kind of food so you can grow properly and be healthy.

We are surrounded by processed foods that are enhanced with chemicals, over-sized restaurant meals, and often deceptive food labeling. I will help you take the challenge out of making the right decisions regarding the foods that are good for you, meeting your nutritional needs, and feeling fit and happy.
