Start with one pound of Halibut fillets. Rub them with salt and pepper and place them on a rimmed baling sheet. Take two teaspoons of unsalted butter and cut it into small pieces, distributing them over the top of the fish. Broil until the centers are opaque (10 to 12 minutes). Remove from the broiler, add to your plate, and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fish. Finish the dish by adding fresh minced parsley and serve with your favorite vegetable.

Halibut is also very low in cholesterol. A six ounce cooked serving of Halibut provides you with .8 grams of Omega 3 acids.
